Parties, Groups and Corporate Airsoft Days

Airsoft is one of the few activities that works just as well for a twelve-year-old's birthday as it does for a team of colleagues who barely know each other. Everybody starts level, nobody needs to be fit or skilled, and by the third game people are shouting orders at each other and enjoying it.

We host parties, group bookings and corporate days across all three of our sites.

Enquire about pricing

Party, group and corporate pricing depends on numbers, site and date, so we quote each one individually rather than publishing a figure that would be wrong for most people.

Please email or call us for pricing and availability and we will come back to you with options.

Birthday parties

Our minimum age to play is 12. Players aged 12 to 15 need a parent or guardian with them for the whole gameday, and 16 to 17 year olds need a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. For a party of juniors that means planning the accompanying adults in advance — tell us the ages when you enquire and we will tell you exactly what is needed.

Rental kit means nobody needs to own anything. Full face protection is included, which matters more for a younger group than anything else on the list.

Stag and hen groups

Popular for a reason: it is genuinely good fun, it is a shared experience rather than a spectator sport, and it wears people out before the evening. Let us know your group size and we will suggest a site.

Corporate and team building

Airsoft does something most team-building activities only claim to do — it forces communication under mild pressure and it exposes who actually listens. Games can be built around objectives that need a team to split, plan and coordinate rather than just run at each other.

We can tailor the game types to your group's mix of experience, so the one person who plays every month does not simply dominate the day.

Youth groups, clubs and cadets

We regularly host organised youth groups. Get in touch early so we can confirm supervision ratios, consent forms and a game plan pitched at the age range.

What a group day looks like

  1. Arrive and register — rental kit handed out to anyone hiring
  2. Chronograph — any guns brought along are power-tested; rentals are already done
  3. Safety brief — everyone attends, every time
  4. Games — a series of marshalled game types with breaks between
  5. Lunch — freshly prepared burgers and hotdogs on site, plus drinks and snacks
  6. Finish — rental kit returned, and the on-site shop is open if anyone has caught the bug

Kit and pricing for individuals

If your group would rather just book onto a normal gameday, our standard prices are a £30 walk-on for players with their own kit and a £60 rental package covering entry, rifle, BBs, full face protection and lunch. Full detail is on our rental packages and pricing page.

No UKARA registration is needed to hire.

Safety

Eye protection is mandatory at all times on the field with no exceptions, and both full-seal goggles and mesh are accepted. Every gun is chronographed — our limits are 350 FPS for AEGs, 450 FPS for DMRs and 500 FPS for sniper rifles, the latter two with a 30 metre minimum engagement distance. We carry £10 million public liability insurance, and all our marshals are airsoft players.

First-timers are never dropped into a game meant for veterans. That is the whole point of tailoring the day.

Our sites

Group days can run at Red 1 CQB, Red 1 Fawkham or Oblivion Airsoft. Each has a different feel — close-quarters structures through to woodland — so tell us your group and we will recommend the one that suits.
