Frequently asked questions
I've never played before. What do I need?
Nothing except old clothes, sturdy boots and plenty of water. Book the £60 rental package and we supply the rest. The rental packages page explains what is included.
What's included in the rental package?
The £60 rental package includes your entry fee, a rifle, BBs, full face protection and lunch. You don't need a UKARA number to rent. The rental page has the details.
How much is a walk-on?
£30. That's the entry fee only, for players with their own gun and protection. BBs, gas and food are available from the on-site shop.
How old do I need to be to play?
The minimum age to play is 12, accompanied by a parent or guardian. Players aged 16 and 17 need a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. You must be 18 or over to use this website, hold an account or buy from us.
What time should I arrive?
Check your booking confirmation for the start time at your site, and aim to arrive early enough to sign in, collect rental kit, get your gun chronographed and attend the safety brief, which everyone must attend.
What are the FPS limits?
AEG 350 FPS. DMR 450 FPS with a 30m minimum engagement distance. Sniper rifle 500 FPS with a 30m minimum engagement distance. Every gun is chronographed before play.
Can I change or cancel my gameday booking?
Gameday bookings are non-refundable, but you can move your booking to another available event. Email support@red1airsoft.com or call 07466045268 with your booking details and the date you'd like instead. If we cancel an event you can have a full refund or move to another date. Do you do parties, groups and corporate days?
Yes. Email or call us for pricing and availability and we'll build the day around your group. More on the parties and corporate page.
Do I need UKARA to buy a gun?
To buy a realistic imitation firearm (RIF) you need a valid defence such as a UKARA number. If you don't have one, choose the 2 tone option and we'll paint your gun free of charge. You must be 18 or over to buy any RIF or two-tone gun.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days, then delivered by DPD, Royal Mail or Evri. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Can I return something?
Yes. If you change your mind, tell us within 14 days of delivery and send it back within a further 14 days. Faulty or incorrect items are covered by your statutory rights. Always email support@red1airsoft.com first for an RMA number and the return address. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Where to start. Fantastic staff. Fair, honest but won’t refrain from cracking a joke at you. Will help where you need it. The field is pretty large but it’s full of features!
Great day, well organised my kids had a great time
I have never been to a place my whole life, which has such structured planning, perfect marshalling (with no anger or bias, and always focused on a quick resolution), incredible customer service and a homely vibe. You always felt included and respected, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you're safe and happy during the experience. All staff are incredibly well informed, experienced and all round a bunch of great, fun, caring people.
The site was a bit difficult for me to get to as it was my first time, and I had A LOT of heavy kit, which took me a two-hour walk from the station. A staff member had driven me back to the station, which was absolutely lifesaving!!!
The games themselves are intricate, and they offer a wide variety of game modes. Indoor and outdoor experiences are truly amazing with thoughtfully designed structures, all of which were fair and well-balanced and offered everyone a fair chance in duels.
The food there tasted amazing, and at an incredibly affordable price, it's an offer you won't want to miss. They also sell a wide variety of gear at a great price too.
I've only been here once and this is already my favourite airsoft site. For what is included, the price is unbeatable, I would recommend anyone to go there!!
